OATHS OF OFFICE: - Don Jensen - Debra Mecozzi Mayor Kneeland gave the Oath of Office. B. CALL TO ORDER BY MAYOR THOMAS R. KNEELAND- Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call Gahanna Board of Zoning & Building Appeals met in Organizational Meeting in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio, on Thursday, January 11, 2018. The agenda for this meeting was published on January 5, 2018. Mayor Thomas R. Kneeland called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Tim Pack. Present 4 - Donald W. Jensen, Debra Mecozzi, Timothy W. Pack, and Lorne Eisen Absent 1 - Hakim Ben Adjoua C. ELECTION OF CHAIR Mayor Kneeland turned the meeting over to Chair Jensen. A motion was made by Mecozzi, seconded by Pack, to appoint Don Jensen Chair. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 3- Mecozzi, Pack and Eisen Absent: 1- Adjoua Abstain: 1- Jensen D. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 3- Jensen, Mecozzi and Eisen Absent: 1- Adjoua Abstain: 1- Pack E. ESTABLISH DAY OF REGULAR MEETINGS - Regular meetings may be held on Thursdays each month, as needed, at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall. The Board established the day of regular meetings. F. HEARING OF VISITORS None. G. NEW AND UNFINISHED BUSINESS Banning said there were a few things in a gray area; thought we would have another meeting; few communities that varied greatly with the process; wanted to bring forward in a couple months.
