Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, March 3, 2014, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio. President of Council Brian D. Larick called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. The meeting was called to go into Executive Session. The Meeting Agenda was published on February 27, 2014. Present 6 - Karen J. Angelou, Thomas R. Kneeland, Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, and Michael Schnetzer Absent 1 - Ryan P. Jolley B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Leeseberg seconded by Renner to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(d) of the Council Rules of Procedure to prepare for, conduct or review negotiations or bargaining session with public employees concerning compensation or other terms and conditions of employment. The motion carried by the following vote: Larick requested that Mayor Stinchcomb, Sue Wadley and Jennifer Teal, attend the Executive Session. Council rose to Executive Session at 6:31 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 6:55 p.m. Jolley arrived during the Executive Session.
