Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, April 28, 2014, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio. President of Council Larick called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. The Agenda for this meeting was published on April 23, 2014. Present 7 - Karen J. Angelou, Ryan P. Jolley, Thomas R. Kneeland, Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, and Michael Schnetzer B. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Jolley to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. Larick requested that Mayor Stinchcomb, Sue Wadley and Jennifer Teal attend the Executive Session. Council rose to Executive Session at 7:05 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:18 p.m. with no action taken.
