Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, August 25, 2014, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio. President of Council Brian D. Larick called the meeting to order at 6:55. Agenda for this meeting was published on August 22, 2014. Present 5 - Karen J. Angelou, Ryan P. Jolley, Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, and Stephen A. Renner Absent 2 - Thomas R. Kneeland, and Michael Schnetzer B. CONSENT AGENDA: RES-0004-2014 TO HONOR AND COMMEND DONNA JERNIGAN FOR SERVICE TO THE CITY OF GAHANNA. A motion was made by Angelou, seconded by Jolley, that the Resolution Pass on the Consent Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote: 5 - yes: Karen J. Angelou, Ryan P. Jolley, Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, and Stephen A. Renner End of the Consent Agenda. C.
