Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, September 2, 2014, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio. President of Council Brian D. Larick called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Agenda for this meeting was published on August 29, 2014. Present 6 - Karen J. Angelou, Thomas R. Kneeland, Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, and Michael Schnetzer Absent 1 - Ryan P. Jolley B. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of Article 5.04(c) To confer with the City Attorney concerning disputes involving the City, and/or appointed or elected officials or employees, which are subject to pending or imminent court action. A motion was made by Renner, seconded by Kneeland, to go into Executive Session under authority of Article 5.40(c) of the Council Rules of Procedure - To confer with the City Attorney concerning disputes involving the City, and/or appointed or elected officials or employees, which are subject to pending or imminent court action. The motion carried by the following vote: 6 - yes: Karen J. Angelou, Thomas R. Kneeland, Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, and Michael Schnetzer * Council Member Jolley arrived at 6:34 p.m. Larick requested that Mayor Stinchcomb, Karl Wetherholt, Anthony Jones, Tony Collins and Shane Ewald attend the Executive Session. Clerk McWilliams also attended later in the meeting. Council rose to Executive Session at 6:30 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:00 p.m. with no action taken.
