President Larick called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present 6 - Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, Nancy R. McGregor, Brian Metzbower, and Karen J. Angelou Absent 1 - Michael Schnetzer B. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual, unless the public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing. A motion was made by Metzbower, seconded by Leeseberg, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual, unless the public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing. President Larick requested Council and Dottie Franey, Joann Bury, Miranda Vollmer, and Mayor Kneeland attend the Executive Session in the Council Conference Room. Council rose to Executive Session at 6:01 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:00 p.m. with no action taken.
