The Special Meeting of Council was called to order at 6:30p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2020 by President of Council Jamie Leeseberg. The meeting was conducted via Microsoft Teams due to the continuing COVID -19 emergency. Present 7 - Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Karen J. Angelou, Merisa Bowers, and Nancy R. McGregor B. EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to ORC 121.22 (G)(3) Conferences with an attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action. A motion was made by Renner, seconded by Schnetzer, that the members enter into executive session for the reasons stated. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Larick, Leeseberg, Renner, Schnetzer, Angelou, Bowers and McGregor C. ADJOURNMENT.
