CALL MEETING TO ORDER President of Council Brian Larick called the Special meeting of Council to order at 6:45 p.m. Notice of the Special meeting was posted on Friday, February 12, 2021. Present 7 - Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Merisa Bowers, Karen J. Angelou, and Nancy R. McGregor B. EXECUTIVE SESSION -to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. Motion by Schnetzer, Second by Leeseberg to enter into executive session for the reason specified. The Motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Larick, Leeseberg, Renner, Schnetzer, Bowers, Angelou and McGregor C.
