CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Roll Call: Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, June 13, 2022, in Council Chambers. President of Council Stephen Renner called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. The agenda for this meeting was published on June 10, 2022. Present 7 - Karen J. Angelou, Merisa K. Bowers, Nancy R. McGregor, Kaylee Padova, Michael Schnetzer, Stephen A. Renner, and Trenton I. Weaver B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: 1. A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Weaver, to enter Executive Session under the authority of Section 5.40(A) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment of a public employee or official. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Angelou, Bowers, McGregor, Padova, Schnetzer, Renner and Weaver President Renner announced that the Council would meet in the Law Library for Executive Session. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 5:33 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:03 p.m. 2. A motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Schnetzer, for the Council to stand in recess at 7:03 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Angelou, Bowers, McGregor, Padova, Schnetzer, Renner and Weaver City of Gahanna Page 1 City Council - Special Meeting Minutes June 13, 2022 President Renner announced that the Council stood in recess for the special meeting at 7:03 p.m. and would reconvene at 8:15 p.m. 3. A motion was made by Padova, seconded by Weaver, to re-enter Executive Session under the authority of Section 5.40(A) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment of a public employee or official. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Angelou, Bowers, McGregor, Padova, Schnetzer, Renner and Weaver President Renner announced that the Council would meet in the Law Library for Executive Session. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 8:18 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 9:05 p.m. with no further action. C. ADJOURNMENT: With no further business before the Council, President Renner adjourned the meeting at 9:05 p.m. Jeremy A.
