CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Roll Call: Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, September 12, 2022, in Council Chambers. Vice President Merisa Bowers, called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. and presided over the meeting. The agenda for this meeting was published on September 9, 2022. Present 5 - Karen J. Angelou, Merisa K. Bowers, Nancy R. McGregor, Kaylee Padova, and Trenton I. Weaver Absent 2 - Michael Schnetzer, and Stephen A. Renner B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Padova, seconded by Weaver, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the employment and compensation of public employees or officials. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Angelou, Bowers, McGregor, Padova and Weaver Absent: 2- Schnetzer and Renner City of Gahanna Page 1 City Council - Special Meeting Minutes September 12, 2022 Vice President Bowers announced that the Council would meet in the Committee Room for Executive Session and noted that Mayor Jadwin, Miranda Vollmer, Director of Administrative Services, and Corey Wybensinger, Finance Manager, would join the Council in Executive Session. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:08 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 6:57 p.m., with no action taken. C. ADJOURNMENT: With no further business before the Council, Vice President Bowers adjourned the meeting at 6:57 p.m. Jeremy A.
