CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call Present 7 - Kaylee Padova, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Trenton I. Weaver, Jamille Jones, Nancy R. McGregor, and Merisa K. Bowers B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Weaver, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment of a public employee or official. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Padova, Renner, Schnetzer, Weaver, Jones, McGregor and Bowers President Bowers announced that Council would meet in Executive Session in the Law Library. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. Mr. Greg Trout joined Council in Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. Mr. Sidney Jones, Jr. joined Council in Executive Session at 6:20 p.m. Council discussed the appointment of a public official and rose to report from Executive Session at 6:38 p.m. with no further action. C.
