CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call Gahanna City Council met in a Special Meeting on Monday, August 5, 2024, in Council Chambers. President of Council Merisa K. Bowers called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. The agenda was published on August 2, 2024. Present 6 - Kaylee Padova, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Jamille Jones, Nancy R. McGregor, and Merisa K. Bowers Absent 1 - Trenton I. Weaver B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Padova, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment of a public employee or official. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Padova, Renner, Schnetzer, Jones, McGregor and Bowers Absent: 1- Weaver President Bowers announced that Council would meet in Executive Session in the Law Library. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:05 p.m. Holly Haines joined Council in Executive Session at 6:05 p.m. Rose Hawk joined Council in Executive Session at 6:28 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:04 p.m. with no further action.
