CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, September 16, 2024, in Council Chambers. President of Council Merisa K. Bowers called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. The agenda was published on September 13, 2024. Present 7 - Kaylee Padova, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Trenton I. Weaver, Jamille Jones, Nancy R. McGregor, and Merisa K. Bowers B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Weaver, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(c) of the Council Rules of Procedure to confer with the City Attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Padova, Renner, Schnetzer, Weaver, Jones, McGregor and Bowers President Bowers announced that Council would meet in Executive Session in the Committee Room. Mayor Jadwin and City Attorney Tamilarasan were invited to attend the Executive Session. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:31 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 6:52 p.m. with no further action.
