CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, December 2, 2024, in Council Chambers. President of Council Merisa K. Bowers called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The agenda was published on November 29, 2024. Present 6 - Kaylee Padova, Michael Schnetzer, Trenton I. Weaver, Jamille Jones, Nancy R. McGregor, and Merisa K. Bowers Absent 1 - Stephen A. Renner B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Weaver, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment of a public employee or official. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Padova, Schnetzer, Weaver, Jones, McGregor and Bowers Absent: 1- Renner President Bowers announced that Council would meet in Executive Session in the Law Library for interviews for Parks & Recreation Board appointment. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:01 p.m. Travis Polk, Ifrah Aliawl, and Michael Moseley met with Council during the course of the Executive Session.
