Pam Ripley was introduced as the new Deputy Clerk of Council. B. ITEM FROM THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING: RES-0013-2021 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS. Director of Planning Michael Blackford provided a summary of the attached report; no additional dollars requested, just moving from Economic Development due to the Department of Planning being split off. Recommended for Adoption, Consent on 5/17/2021. C. ITEM FROM THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE: ORD-0031-2021 AN ORDINANCE AUTH O R I Z I N G A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION- Various Accounts. ITEMS FROM COUNCIL OFFICE: 2021-0077 Liquor Permit Request #03207030145; 443 Morrison Road; Bob Evans Restaurants LLC. Clerk stated that they received a liquor permit request from Bob Evans off Morrison Rd.; request is for D2; current hours of operation are 7am-8pm daily; no objections from the Police Department; if Council objects, then submission must occur before June 1. No objections from Council. Angelou asked if they have had a liquor license before. Larick said no; no Bob Evans location has; this is a new direction for their stores. F.
