Renner, Nancy R. McGregor, Brian D. Larick, Brian Metzbower, and Jamie Leeseberg Absent 2 - Michael Schnetzer, and Karen J. Angelou UPDATE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - 1. 2016 Year-End Report Bury said nothing unusual to report; revenues are up; 5% increase; mainly due to income tax collections; administration is taking steps to bring gaps closer between budget and actual; fund balance had an increase; have provided an additional report on page 2 that dives deeper into expenditures; provides additional information on carry-over; still continuing to take measures to reduce amount carried forward; Larick said last year sent reports; asked if those can be provided to Council for comparison; Bury agreed to send those. 2.
