CALL MEETING TO ORDER Jane Allinder, Chair called the Landscape Board meeting to order on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by DiGiando, seconded by Winger, to approve the August 14, 2019 meeting minutes. NEW BUSINESS City of Gahanna Page 1 Landscape Board Meeting Minutes November 13, 2019 i. Chapter 154 Barr stated that Ordinance-0104-2019 Chapter 154 changes are on the Consent Agenda before City Council for November 18, 2019. Document attached. 2019-0162 Chapter 154 DRAFT 10-16-2019 ii. OPRA Award Barr shared that the Department has won first place for the 2019 OPRA Awards of Excellence for Capital Improvement Projects - $1.0 million - $2.5 million - Big Walnut Trail Section #4/McKenna Creek Restoration. The award will be presented at the 2020 OPRA Conference in February. H. CORRESPONDENCE AND ACTIONS None I. POLL MEMBERS FOR COMMENT The Organizational Meeting is scheduled for January 8, 2020 at 6pm, followed with the Regular Landscape Board meeting. J.
