CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 3:30p.m. by Chairman Weber. Additional present: Thomas L. Weber, Isobel L. Sherwood, W. Jerome Isler and Sharon Montgomery. B. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN Sherwood nominated Weber; Isler seconded the nomination. Weber was elected Chairman in accordance with C.O.G. 157.03. C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Sherwood moved to approve the minutes of the October 22, 2008 meeting. Isler seconded and the motion carried. D. COMMENTS, ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA The meeting scheduled for January 28, 2009 was not held due to a county-wide level two snow emergency. In accordance with C.O.G. 157.03, the organizational items on the January 28, agenda were addressed in this meeting. Remaining agenda items will be addressed at the next meeting. E. NEXT MEETING The next Records Commission meeting was tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 8:45a.m. When Isler's potential monthly Wednesday schedule conflict is resolved, February 25 will be confirmed or revised.
