Discussion Items Coal Avenue Commons project update by City Manager Ustick – City Council approved the addition of infrastructure work to be performed in the Walkway area during the month of June. The new completion date for the walkway work and for the 200 block of Coal Avenue project is June 30th. Alley Projects update – alley between 1st and 2nd, W. Coal and W. Aztec: infrastructure, including electrical work should be completed in mid to late June. Then the City will request bids for the pavers and underground drainage. Security cameras update – equipment is back ordered NWNM COG Executive Director Evan Williams described the COG’s partnership request made by NWNMCOG to members of Gallup Executive Directors Alliance. Review of BID activities during FY 21 Discussion of schedule and cost of summer season downtown unarmed bicycle security patrols GallupARTS sign grant – potential reimbursement application Update on the training sessions and activities of Gallup BID, Regional Economic Development Partners and NDC BID FY 22 budget review.
