Motion to approve Streetliner proposal from Hinkley Signs:
One lighted Streetliner display, 4’ Tall and 20’ Long - To be designed, fabricated and
installed on existing poles. This motion is for budget allocation. Decisions on exact
Streetliner designs will take place during future BID Board meetings.
Total cost, installed: $10,000.
Motion to approve Façade Improvement Grant request from Fred Palacios, owner of
Gallup Tinting for the paving of the parking apron in front of Gallup Custom Tinting,
Total annual assessment fee paid: $978.60. Total cost of project: $5,000.
Reimbursement request: $978.60.
Motion to approve request for Holiday Art market support from BID. gallupARTS is
willing to hold a Holiday Art market at the Event Center on Sunday December 12th.
(The Event Center is already booked for Saturday, December 11th). Attached is the
budget for the event. Total budget: $2745 total, includes organizing the artists for
the event, and advertising. Ads will include BID as co-sponsor.
Event sponsorship request: $2745.
