Voting items - None Discussion items d Alley infrastructure replacement project, between 2nd & 3 Streets and Coal Avenue & Aztec Avenue – RFP for final stage alley work should go out in August. Program discussed at length during Board meetings in 2017-2018 that should be activated: - Investment Consortium – F. Bee is continuing the research for this program. Other Discussion - None Reports June 16 – Monthly GEDA Meeting, hosted by UNM-Gallup June 21 - Zoom meeting with NM Broadband office, with Anna Biava, to discuss internet capacity and reliability in Gallup June 23 – Meeting with Mark Garcia to discuss logistics of music performances during Ride Flight Cruise on July 29 June 26 – Meeting of BID committee to discuss options for creating an investment entity to improve Downtown Gallup June 29 – F. Bee attended NM Broadband Expansion Office conference, ”Broadband Boot Camp”, held at Tesuque Pueblo. June 29 – NM EDD Cabinet Secretary Alicia Keyes resigned. July 6 – Meeting with Ted Gonzales about July 29 Car Show logistics July 8 – Arts Crawl July 11 – Zoom meeting – Mayor Bonaguidi, City Atty. D. Eason, BID Atty. D. Buchholtz and F. Bee discussed BID lien policies and State of NM law. July 12 – Meeting with Executive Director of Keishi Foundation, a 501c3 founded 1980, that is looking at buildings in downtown Gallup to house a museum.
