Call to order: 3:09 PM
Announcement: Mickey (Michael H.) Menapace resigned from the Bid Board. He is retiring from Rico Motors. The April 18, 2024
meeting will be his last as a Board member. Board members thanked M. Menapace for his years of excellent service as a BID
Board member and member of the Gallup-McKinley community.

- City staff is in discussions with Rollin Wood, Navajo Housing Partnership.
RMCH update
- RMCH is eliminating some services and is negotiating a new contract with a management company.
Commission a new BID logo. It will replace the existing BID logo in the BID Welcome to Gallup monuments, BID banners and
stationery - Dynamic Signs company is creating anew logo for Gallup BID
Monthly Arts Crawl event - April Arts Crawl was successful, with good attendance.
Meeting with Comcast management and Mayor Bonaguidi re: historic post office building
City of Gallup adopted a new Resolution describing City lien policy and procedures.

Restoring Our Communities Program_MFA Housing Innovation Notice of Funding Availability .
2. West end of BID District
Telephone meetings with Hinkley Signs and Supersmith about lighted Streetliner project

Rex Museum neon sign and City Parking neon sign restorations were scheduled to be completed and signs reinstalled in March
Obtain new BID logo.
Repaint/replace the painted Welcome portion of the BID’s monuments at gateway locations

Red Rock Security patrol hired for April Arts Crawl and April Friday Night Rides
5. Events
Gallup Main Street Arts & Cultural District will again request BID downtown event marketing reimbursement grant for Levitt AMP
