Adding new members to Gallup Business Improvement District Board of Directors - Austin Wallace, Sean Dowling Lexington Hotel status - no change Former “Lowe’s” property - no change Monthly Arts Crawl event was successful. Downtown Security Patrols for summer season - Red Rock Security Patrols proposed an increase above the 2023 rate of $1.00 per hour per guard. - Note: Red Rock Bicycle Patrol guards use space at xxxxxWest coal to write up reports, etc. That space is provided, at no cost to Red Rock, by the tenant of that address. BID ED will ask Red Rock Security to maintain the rate that was charged to the BID during 2024, in consideration of having the W. Coal space available to Red Rock. Events Gallup Main Street Arts & Cultural District will again request BID downtown event marketing reimbursement grant for Levitt AMP Music Concert Series, which will continue next year.
