LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gallup City Council will conduct a Closed Session on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at Gallup City Hall, 110 West Aztec Avenue. The purpose of the Closed Session is to discuss matters subject to attorney-client privilege that concern threatened or pending litigation in which the City may become a participant regarding the Navajo Gallup Water Supply Project Reach 27.9, Kachina Road and County Road 60. The Closed Session is pursuant to NMSA 1978 Section 10-15- 1(H)(7). The Regular Meeting of the Gallup City Council will be held at 6:00 p.m. following the Closed Session.
