LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gallup City Council will hold a closed session on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. in the City Manager’s Conference Room at Gallup City Hall, 110 West Aztec Avenue. The purpose of the closed session is to discuss limited personnel matters pertaining to the hiring of a City Attorney, pursuant to NMSA 1978 Section 10-15-1(H)(2) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. A quorum of the City Council will participate in a meet and greet with candidates for City Attorney. The meet and greet will be held earlier in the day at 11:30 a.m. at the El Morro Events Center, 210 South Second Street.
