PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gallup City Council will conduct a Closed Session on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 3:30 P.M. at the City Manager’s Conference Room at Gallup City Hall, 110 West Aztec Avenue. The purpose of the closed session is to discuss matters pertaining to threatened or pending litigation in which the City of Gallup may become a participant and for the discussion of the purchase, acquisition or disposal of real property or interests in the same by the City of Gallup. The closed session is held pursuant to NMSA 1978 Sections 10-15-1(H)(7) and 10-15-1(H)(8). The matters to be discussed during the closed session are considered matters of unforeseen circumstances that demand immediate attention to protect the health, safety and property of citizens.
