LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Gallup Housing Authority will conduct its monthly Board of Commissioners meeting to be held on Friday, January 15th 2021, at 9:00 am MST. Meeting will be conducted at the Gallup Housing Authority, 203 Debra Dr. Gallup, New Mexico 87301. A copy of the agenda and/or specific agenda items may be obtained at the Gallup Housing Authority office. This is a public meeting except for items to be considered in closed session. A general public comment period is allowed at the end of the business portion of the meeting. Please be advised the Gallup Housing Authority will comply with all Federal and State COVID-19 protocols, including groups of no more than five [5] people in any given area, social distancing amongst attendee’s, and not allowing anyone who is sick or exhibiting signs of COVID -19 into the public meeting area. Documents are available in various accessible formats and interested parties may also participate by phone. Any citizen or person may make public comments to the Board on matters involving Gallup Housing Authority operations. They will be allowed 2 to 3 minutes to make such comments. Note: Grievances by tenants or against employees must be processed through appropriate board approved policies and procedures and will not be heard directly by the board under the public comment period.
