The Open Meetings Act requires that the Planning and Zoning Commission (at least) annually review what constitutes reasonable notice to the public of its meetings. Accordingly, the Resolution is presented to the Board for consideration and approval. ITEM TWO: CASE# 10-00200002: A request initiated by the City of Gallup, for certain properties owned by the City of Gallup and on behalf of private property owners of adjacent tracts of land, for concurrent Preliminary and Final Plat approval of Replat #1 of the Indian Hills Elementary School Subdivision. The properties are generally located on the Northwest Corner of Church Rock Street and Toltec Drive and the area South of Church Rock Street immediately East and West of Toltec Drive, terminating at Ciniza Drive.
