The Open Meetings Act requires that the Planning and Zoning Commission (at least) annually review what constitutes reasonable notice to the public of its meetings. Accordingly, the resolution is presented to the Board for consideration and approval. ITEM TWO: CASE# 12-01100002: A request by CTR Real Estate Investment Company, LLC, property owner, to amend The CTR Subdivision plat, to indicate the required utility and private easements not shown on the original subdivision plat. The property is located at 1601 S. Second Street, more particularly described as being a Replat of Tract 8, Little Puerco Wash Subdivision, situated in the West Half of Section 22, Township 15 North, Range 18 West; Containing 2.0916 acres, M/L.
