The property is located on the northwest corner of Church Rock Street and Toltec Drive. ITEM TWO: CASE #13-00200001: City Initiated request, on behalf of the property owners, for Concurrent Preliminary and Final Plat approval of Replat No. 1 of Lots 4 thru 6 and 13, Block B, Burke George Heights Addition. The request includes the Vacation of existing five (5’) ft and ten (10’) ft easements across Lots 13A and 4A and a new ten (10’) ft easement will be dedicated across portions of Lots 13A and 4A. The property is located at 101 Laguna Circle, 108 Morgan Circle and 106 Morgan Circle, more particularly described as Lots 4, 5, 6 and 13, Block B, Burke George Heights Addition. ITEM THREE: CASE #13-00200002: A request by Gallup Holding & Investment Corporation DBA Gallup Development Corporation and Carbon City, LLC, property owners, for Concurrent Preliminary and Final Plat approval of East Gallup Toltec Subdivision, Unit 1. The property is located on the 3500 Block of East Historic Highway 66 more particularly described as Replat No. 1 of the Boyd Subdivision Unit 1 and Lot 2 Indian Hills Subdivision and an un-platted parcel; Containing 7.6 acs m/l.
