The property is owned by the City of Gallup and is located on the southwest corner of the Mickey Mantle Ball Field in Veterans Memorial Park (Ford Canyon Park), more particularly described as Lots 1 thru 10 Block A, Lots 1 thru 18 Block B. Lots 1 thru 10 Block C, Lots 15 thru 26 Block D, Burke Ford Canyon Addition. ITEM TWO: CASE # 13-00900001: City initiated request to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Gallup Section 10-3-2 “General Definitions”, by the addition of a new definition for “Social Nightclub”; Section 10-4B-2B4 “Permitted Principal and Conditional Uses and Structures Chart” by adding “Social Nightclub”; and Subsection 10-4D-3J of Section 10-4D-3 “Specific Commercial Uses” by creating specific use regulations for “Social Nightclub” uses within the C-2 General and C-3 Heavy Commercial Districts.
