MEASURE R OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES
ANTHONY PESCETTI COMMUNITY ROOM

Wednesday, July 26, 2023, 6:00 PM
This meeting was held in the Anthony Pescetti Community Room.
Chief Kalinowski called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
The roll call found Brossman, Clendenin, Harvey, Mooney and Nelson present.
We saluted the American Flag.
Old Business:
The minutes of the last meeting, April 26, 2023, were presented.
Clendenin motioned and Brossman seconded to approve the minutes.
The motion carried on a vote of 5-0.
New Business:
The 2022/2023 4th Quarter Overview Measure R Report was presented by Finance Director
Boring and reviewed by the committee.
Brossman motioned and Clendenin seconded to approve the report.
The motion carried on a vote of 5-0.
Oral Communications:
None
Comments by Committee:
Questions from Committee Members Brossman, Harvey and Mooney were answered by
Chief Kalinowski and Finance Director Matt Boring.
Next Meeting:
Scheduled for October 25, 2023 at 6:00 pm, in the PD Community Room.
Adjournment: 6:50 pm.

until such time as a quorum of the Council is no longer present.
The Measure R Oversight Committee will be meeting on July 26, 2023, at 6:00 pm. or
shortly thereafter, to discuss the following items:
A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER; FLAG SALUTE
B. ROLL CALL: Brossman, Clendenin, Harvey, Mooney, Nelson
C. OLD BUSINESS: Minutes- Last Meeting April 26, 2023
Recommended Action: Approve the minutes as presented
D. NEW BUSINESS:
1. 2022/2023 4th Quarter Overview Measure R Report
E. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Under Government Code Section 54954.3,
members of the audience may address the Committee on any item of interest to
the public or on any agenda item before or during the Committee's
consideration of the item.
