MEASURE R OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES

Wednesday, October 23, 2024, 6:00 PM
This meeting was held in the Anthony Pescetti Community Room.
A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE:
Chair Harvey called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and led flag salute.
B. ROLL CALL:
1. Committee Members Present: Chair Harvey, Vice Chair Mooney, Boal,
Gutierrez.
2. Committee Members Absent: Nelson.
C. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
1. The Minutes of the last meeting, July 24, 2024, were presented.
Motion made by Mooney to approve Minutes.
Second made by Boal.
The motion carried on a vote of 4-0.
D. NEW BUSINESS:
1. FY 2023/2024 Measure R Final Financial Reports – Overview, Quarterly,
Monthly
2. FY 2024/2025 Measure R 1st Quarter Financial Reports – Overview,
Quarterly, Monthly
The reports were presented by Chief Kalinowski and reviewed by the
Committee. A discussion followed. Interim Finance Director Carly
Saunders was unable to attend.

Chief Kalinowski adjourned the meeting at 6:28 pm.
