SUBJECT: Election of Officers RECOMMENDATION: Pursuant to Galt Municipal Code §2.70.060, election of a Planning Commission Chairman and Vice Chairman shall be conducted at the first regular meeting of the following year after a January 1st of each year. B. SUBJECT: Minutes of the November 12, 2020 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the November 12, 2020 Regular Meeting. 5. PUBLIC MEETING: A. SUBJECT: Walker Park Community Improvements, CIP 619B RECOMMENDATION: Recommend to City Council to adopt a resolution approving the Updated Walker Community Park Master Plan. B. SUBJECT: 2021-2029 Housing Element Update RECOMMENDATION: Receive Presentation 6. PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: Caterina Estates RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive a presentation; and 2. Open Public Hearing and receive comments; and 3. Upon closing the public hearing, recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the Initial Study, Mitigated Negative Declaration, and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Caterina Estates project; and 4. Recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the General Plan Amendment of 12.4 acres from LDR to MDR; and 5. Recommend that the City Council introduce the ordinance approving the proposed rezoning of the 12.4 acres from R1A to R2; and 6. Recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the Tentative Subdivision Map subdividing the 12.4 acres site into 61 single family lots for the Caterina Estates Project. 7.
