AGENDA REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 380 CIVIC DRIVE, GALT THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2018, 6:30 PM NOTE: Speaker Request Sheets are provided inside the Council Chambers. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the October 11, 2018 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of October 11, 2018. 5. SCHEDULED MATTERS: A. SUBJECT: Presentation of thank-you gifts to Planning Commission on behalf of the City Clerk RECOMMENDATION: Receive presentation B. SUBJECT: Cardoso I Subdivision Rezone and Tentative Subdivision Map Project RECOMMENDATION: (1) Conduct public hearing for Rezone and Tentative Subdivision Map for the Cardoso I Subdivision; (2) Recommend City Council approve the resolution approving the Initial Study, Mitigated Negative Declaration, and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; (3) Recommend City Council approve the resolution approving the tentative subdivision map; and (4) Recommend City Council introduce the ordinance approving the proposed rezone. 6.
