PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code §54954.3 members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers may address the Commission on any agenda item during consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. Please fill out a speaker sheet located on the table inside the entrances to the council chambers and forward the completed speaker sheet to the Recording Secretary. 4. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the June 13, 2019 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of June 13, 2019. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: None 6. SCHEDULED MATTERS: A. SUBJECT: Climate Action Plan RECOMMENDATION: Receive presentation, provide comments as needed. B. SUBJECT: Planning Commission Annual Report FY 2018-2019 RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission review and make recommendations and/or revisions as needed to finalize the Planning Commission Annual Report for presentation to City Council.
