INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the June 25, 2020 Special Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the June 25, 2020 Special Meeting. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: A Street Crossing Tentative Parcel Map & Design Review RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive a presentation. 2. Continue public hearing from the previous Planning Commission meeting (June 11, 2020) to receive comments. 3. Upon closing the public hearing, consider the resolution approving the Tentative Parcel Map and Design Review for A Street Crossing. B. SUBJECT: 952 Simmerhorn Rd Gas Station - AMEND Conditional Use Permit RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive a presentation. 2. Open public hearing to receive comments. 3. Upon closing the public hearing, consider the resolution approving the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow full liquor sales at 952 Simmerhorn Road. C. SUBJECT: Fairway Oaks & Island Annexation Project RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive a presentation. 2. Open public hearing to receive comments. 3. Upon closing the public hearing, recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the Initial Study, Mitigated Negative Declaration, and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Fairway Oaks and Island Annexation Project. 4. Recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the annexation of 39.5 acres. 5. Recommend that City Council introduce the ordinance approving the proposed prezoning of the 39.5-acre Island Annexation Area to R1A and rezone the Fairway Oaks vesting tentative subdivision map (VTSM) site from OS, R1C, and R1B to OS and R1C-PD. 6. Recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the Fairway Oaks VTSM. 6. PUBLIC MEETING: A. SUBJECT: Carillion Boulevard Corridor Plan RECOMMENDATION: Recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Carillion Boulevard Corridor Plan Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and the Carillion Boulevard Corridor Plan. 7.
