PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: Amigos Market Conditional Use Permit (CUP) RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive a presentation; and 2. Open public hearing to receive comments; and 3. Upon closing the public hearing, consider the resolution approving the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow Amigos Market to operate at 835 C Street, Suite 135. 6. PUBLIC MEETING: A. SUBJECT: Walker Park Community Improvements, CIP 619B RECOMMENDATION: Recommend to City Council to adopt a resolution approving the Updated Walker Community Park Master Plan. B. SUBJECT: Caterina Estates Study Session RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive a presentation; and 2. Receive an applicant presentation; and 3. Comments and questions from the Planning Commission; and 4. Open public workshop and receive comments from the public; and 5. Additional comments and questions from the Planning Commission; and 6. Provide direction to staff and the applicant regarding the proposed project; and 7. Continue the project to the December 12, 2020 Planning Commission meeting. C.
