SUBJECT: TC Auto Care Conditional Use Permit (CUP) RECOMMENDATION: Receive a presentation; open the public hearing to receive comments; and, upon closing the public hearing, adopt the resolution approving a CUP to allow TC Auto Care to operate at 655 C Street. B. SUBJECT: Cardoso II Subdivision Architectural Plans RECOMMENDATION: Receive a presentation; open the public hearing to receive comments; and, upon closing the public hearing, adopt the resolution approving the Architectural Plans (floor plans and exterior elevations) for the Cardoso II Subdivision. 6.
