CALL MEETING TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGAINCE 2. ROLL CALL: COMMISSIONERS: Denier, Hood, Jones, Gerling, and Pratton. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers may address the Commission on any agenda item during consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. Please fill out a speaker sheet located on the table inside the entrances to the council chambers and forward the completed speaker sheet to the Recording Secretary. 4. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the July 14, 2022 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the July 14, 2022 Regular Meeting. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: Summerfield at Twin Cities Road Project – Request for tentative subdivision map modification of condition A-20. RECOMMENDATION: (1) Receive a staff presentation, (2) open public hearing to receive comments, and (3) upon closing the public hearing, staff is requesting the Planning Commission to uphold the condition created by the City Council and included with the original project approval. 6. PUBLIC MEETING: A. SUBJECT: Study Session on Lippi Ranch Subdivision RECOMMENDATION: Review and discuss proposed project, receive questions from the public, and provide direction to staff and the applicant regarding the proposed project. CITY OF GALT PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA PAGE 2 REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 8, 2022 B. SUBJECT: Study Session on Senate Bill 9: Potential Amendments to Chapter 18.16 of the Galt Municipal Code Regarding Objective Development Standards for SB9 Urban Lot Splits and Two- Unit Housing Projects RECOMMENDATION: Review and discuss proposed ordinance and provide direction to staff as to suggested revisions and timeline for the Commission to approve the proposed ordinance and recommend its advancement to the City Council. 7. REGULAR CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Planning Commission Annual Report FY 2021-2022 RECOMMENDATION: That the Commission review and make recommendations and/or revisions as needed to finalize the Planning Commission Annual Report for presentation to the City Council.
