AGENDA REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 380 CIVIC DRIVE, GALT THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2024, 6:00 PM NOTE: Speaker Request Sheets are provided inside the Council Chambers. If you wish to address the Commission during the meeting, complete a speaker sheet and give it to the Secretary of the Commission. A maximum of three (3) minutes is allowed for each speaker. CALL MEETING TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGAINCE 2. ROLL CALL: COMMISSIONERS: Hood, Denier, Jones, Gerling, and Rodriguez. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers may address the Commission on any agenda item during consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. Please fill out a speaker sheet located on the table inside the entrances to the Council Chambers and forward the completed speaker sheet to the Recording Secretary. 4. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the November 14, 2024, Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the November 14, 2024 Regular Meeting. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: Tim Lewis Communities Design Review – Liberty Ranch Village 3 RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive presentation; and 2. Open public hearing to receive comments; and 3. Upon closing the public hearing, recommend that the Planning Commission adopt the resolution approving the Design Review (Project Architecture) for Tim Lewis Communities – Liberty Ranch Village 3. CEQA: Staff have determined the project to be exempt from additional environmental review pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21083.3 and State CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 (Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan or Zoning). CITY OF GALT PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA PAGE 2 REGULAR MEETING OF DECEMBER 12, 2024 B.
