AGENDA REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 380 CIVIC DRIVE, GALT THURSDAY, MAY 8, 2025, 6:00 PM NOTE: Speaker Request Sheets are provided inside the Council Chambers. If you wish to address the Commission during the meeting, complete a speaker sheet and give it to the Secretary of the Commission. A maximum of three (3) minutes is allowed for each speaker. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers may address the Commission on any agenda item during consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. Please fill out a speaker sheet located on the table inside the entrances to the Council Chambers and forward the completed speaker sheet to the Recording Secretary. 4. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the April 10, 2025, Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the April 10, 2025 Regular Meeting. 5. PUBLIC MEETING: A. SUBJECT: 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Program General Plan Consistency RECOMMENDATION: 1) Receive a presentation from staff; 2) Open the public hearing to receive comments from the public and Planning Commission and; 3) Adopt a resolution finding that those projects planned for implementation in Fiscal Year 2025-2026 within the 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) of the City of Galt are consistent with the adopted City of Galt General Plan. CEQA: Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines states that “the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to CITY OF GALT PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA PAGE 2 REGULAR MEETING OF MAY 8, 2025 any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment” do not constitute a project under CEQA. 6.
