Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the November 13, 2025, Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the November 13, 2025 Regular Meeting. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: Spaans Drive Apartments Conditional Use Permit and Design Review Public Hearing RECOMMENDATION: 1) Receive a presentation; 2) Open the public hearing to receive comments; 3) Consider a resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a multi-family residential use on Spaans Drive in the commercial zone, subject to conditions of approval and; 4) Consider a resolution approving Design Review (Project Architecture) for the Spaans Drive Apartments. CITY OF GALT PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA PAGE 2 REGULAR MEETING OF DECEMBER 11, 2025 CEQA: The project is categorically exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines applicable to Infill Development Projects 6.
