Special City Council Meeting

CITY OF GALT MINUTES SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING – CLOSED SESSION Council Chambers, 380 Civic Drive, Galt, California Tuesday, September 29, 2020 This meeting of the Galt City Council was conducted by video/teleconference in compliance with the State and County Shelter at Home Orders, and as allowed by the Governor’s Executive Order N-29- 20, which allowed for a deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act. The Mayor called the meeting to order at 3:34 pm. Council Members present: Lozano, Farmer, Lampson and Sandhu. Absent: Campion Staff members present: City Manager Hines, City Clerk Hubert, and Interim City Attorney Hood. PUBLIC COMMENTS: The City Clerk announced there were no public comments regarding the closed session item. ADJOURNED TO SPECIAL CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: 1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION pursuant to and under the authority of Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) Significant exposure to litigation (Two potential cases) RECONVENED TO OPEN SESSION: The City Council reconvened to open session at 4:12 pm at which time the Interim City Attorney announced there was no reportable action.
