SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Council Chambers, 380 Civic Drive, Galt, California
Wednesday, October 25, 2023
This meeting of the Galt City Council was conducted in person. City Council Members and City staff
attended in person in the Council Chambers.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Council Members present: Sandhu, Papineau, Farmer, Lozano
and Vandenburg.
Staff Members present: City Manager Hines, City Clerk Hubert, and Interim City Attorney Splendorio.
PUBLIC COMMENT: The City Clerk stated that Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3, public
comments at a special meeting may only relate to the matter described on the special meeting agenda at the time
the matter was discussed. General public comment for items not listed on the agenda was prohibited.
ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION:
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION pursuant to Government Code Section
54957(b)(1).

RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION: The City Council reconvened to open session at 7:20 pm at which time
the Mayor announced there was no reportable action.
There being no further business to come before City Council, the Mayor adjourned the meeting at 7:20 pm.
