SCHEDULED MATTERS/NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: 1. SUBJECT: Public Hearing on Selected Boundary Map of Council Districts and First Reading of an Ordinance Providing for the Election of Council Members by Five Districts and Establishing the Boundaries and Election Order of Each District.
