Wednesday, April 29, 2021, 6:00 PM
Chair Cooley called the meeting to order at 6:11pm.
The roll call found Cooley, Schamber and Talamantes present.
We saluted the American Flag.
Old Business:
Cooley moved and Schamber seconded, to approve the minutes of both the August 26,
2020 and February 24, 2021 meetings. The motion carried with a vote of 3-0.
New Business:
City Manager, Lorenzo Hines, gave Market Community Plan Visioning presentation.
Discussion followed with several suggestions for the City Manager to consider.
Interim Chief, Brian Kalinowski, gave an update on the Police Departments Body Worn
Camera program.
Finance Director, Claire Tyson, presented the Audited Financial Statements for FY ended
June 30, 2020. Cooley moved and Schamber seconded that the report be accepted.
The motion carried by a 3-0 vote.
Finance Director, Claire Tyson, presented the 3rd quarter of FY 2020/2021 Financial Report
for the committee’s review.
