PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the September 14, 2023 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the September 14, 2023 Regular Meeting. 5. PUBLIC MEETING: None 6. PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: Lippi Ranch Subdivision Project RECOMMENDATION: 1) Receive a presentation 2) Open public hearing and receive comments; CITY OF GALT PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA PAGE 2 REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 16, 2023 3) Upon closing the public hearing, recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the Environmental Impact Report, adopting CEQA findings, adopting a statement of overriding considerations, and adopting the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Lippi Ranch Subdivision Project; and 4) Recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the General Plan Amendment of 8.99 acres from Low Density Residential to Medium-High Density Residential for the Lippi Ranch Subdivision Project; and 5) Recommend that the City Council introduce the ordinance approving the proposed rezoning of the 8.99 acres from R1A to R3-PD for the Lippi Ranch Subdivision Project; and 6) Recommend that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the Tentative Subdivision Map subdividing the 8.99 acre site into 94 single family lots for the Lippi Ranch Subdivision Project.
