l. DECLARATION OF A QUORUM AND CALL WORKSHOP TO ORDER
a. With a quorum present, the workshop was called to order at 2:04pm
Present: Becky Major, Trey Click, Mary Longorria, Pat Jakobi, Nick Barbee, Ken Shelton,
Michael Woody, Kathleen DiNatale Absent: Sherrill Hilton
ll. PURPOSE OF WORKSHOP
a. To review and discuss the 2021 Public Art Grant Proposal Submissions .
b. 24 artists/groups submitted Public Art Proposals. Commission members reviewed each
Submission and the funding request for each artist’s proposal
lll. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS
a. Following preliminary review, commission will continue discussion & review of Public
Art Proposal Submissions at April 13th regular meeting
IV. WORKSHOP ADJOURNED AT 3:32pm
