INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MINUTES - FEBRUARY 2, 2021 2/2/2021 - Minutes I. Declaration Of A Quorum Board Member Brown declared a quorum and called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. II. Roll Call Present (via videoconference): Board Member Dr. Craig Brown, Chair (Mayor); Board Member David Collins (Mayor Pro Tem); Board Member Marie Robb (City Council);and Board Member Spencer Priest (Park Board of Trustees). Board Member John Listowski (City Council) arrived at 9:03 a.m.; and Board Member Terrilyn Tarlton-Shannon (Chamber of Commerce) arrived at 9:05 a.m. III. Conflict Of Interest Declaration None. IV. Consider Approval Of The October 27, 2020 Minutes. Board Member Brown made a motion to approve the October 27, 2020 minutes, with Board Member Listowski seconding the motion. Unanimously approved. V. Public Comment On Agenda Items None. VI. Administrative Matters A. Discuss And Receive And Update On Parks Maintenance Package #3. Director of Parks and Recreation Cesar Garcia discussed with the board an update on IDC Parks Maintenance Package #3. Staff is requesting an extension of six months to finish the list of projects and possibly modify a few of the remaining items. B. Discuss And Consider Giving Staff Direction On Funding For Improvements To The Sandhill Crane Soccer Complex. Board Member Robb made a motion to move forward with Option B, the financing of the Sandhill Crane Soccer Complex, so that we can get a design to come up with the final numbers. Board Member Listowski seconded the motion. Unanimously approved. C. Discuss And Receive An Update From The Treasurer On Expenses, Available Funds, Forecasts, And Investments. Brandon Cook advised there were no changes to report. D. Discuss And Receive An Update On Current Or Completed IDC Projects. Brandon Cook provided information on the Phase 2 of the 27th Street Project and the Downtown Streetscape Project in the Infrastructure Silo. E. Discuss And Consider The FY21 Calendar. Brandon Cook provided information on upcoming agenda items on the FY21 Calendar. VII. Schedule Future Meetings The next meeting will be held on March 2, 2021. VIII.
